Subject e pressly t the following terms and conditions:
l. That the vacation be subject to all the terms and
condition of Chap er 130, codified March 1, 1981, of the St.
Paul Legi lative Co e, as amended.
2 . That a sp cific easement be retained within the vacated
area to rotect th interest of Northern States Power Electric
Division. -
3 . That the proper City Officials are hereby authorized
to conve by Quit Claim Deed said vacated land to the Housing
and Redev lopment A thority for redevelopment purposes .
4 . That the ousing and Redevelopment Authority pay $500 . 00
as an a inistrat' ve fee for said vacation. That said fee
shall be due and payable within 60 days of the publication
date of t is resolu ion.
5 . That th Housing and Redevelopment Authority shall
be respo sible for compliance with those provisions set forth
in the Q it Claim eed by which the State of Minnesota conveyed
to the ity of S int Paul the subject vacated land (recorded
as docum nt number 04
