RESOLVED, That in accordance ith Chapter 62 of the Administrative Code and Minnesota
Statute Chapter 4 9, the Coun il of the City of Saint Paul does hereby fix the 24th day
of September, 198 , at 10:00 'clock in the morning, as the date on which the Council
wi]1 hold a Publi Hearing in the City Council Chambers, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to
consider the leve of street d a]1ey maintenance to be performed in the City of Saint
Paul in 1986 and he costs to be charged a�ainst the benefitted property, and the City
Clerk is hereby ected to p blish notice of this Hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statute
Chapter 429 and t e Departmen of Finance is hereby directed to mail notices to affected
praperties in aec rdance with said Chapter 42g.
