JOYCE H, ROWIV AND AMES BROWN
On July 2 1985 , a ity of Saint Paul , Department of Public
Works , ve icle driv n by employee Edward Selly struck a vehicle
driven an owned by Joyce Brown at the intersection of Dayton and
Victoria. Mr. 5e11 did not see Mrs. Brown ' s vehicle as he
entered t e interse tion and she had the right-of-way. As a
result of the impac , Mr, and Mrs. Brown ' s car was damaged in the
amount of $1 , 308. 00 Mr. and Mrs. Brown incurred car rental
expense w ile their vehicle was being repaired in the amount
of $138. 3 . This o fice approves the settlement of their claim
in the am unt of $1 4�6. 33.
