RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution be amended
in Section V, nclassified Positions, by adding to the last paragraph, in proper
alphabetical o der, the ti les of Assistant to the Mayor V and Assistant to the
Mayor VI ; and be it
FURTHER R SOLVED, that, the Salary Plan and Rates �f Compensation Resolution
be further ame ded in Section V, Subsection D, under the heading "Professional-
Administrative Group" by inserting the following:
GRADE 29
Assistant to the Mayor V
GRADE 33
Assistant to the Mayor VI
; and be it
FURTHER RE OLVED, that this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
following the f'rst pay period after the passage, approval and publication of this
Resolution.

Administrativ group.
COST/BENEFIT, BUDGETA Y AND PERSO NEL IMPACTS ANTICIPATED:
The creation f these w' ll allow for the hiring of senior Mayor' s staff
in the Mayor' Office. The new titles are consistent with the new series
Assistant to he Mayor. Appointment to these positions requires the
approval of t e City Co ncil.
