RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l . Jesse L. Dickerson the sum of $204. 62 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about May 17, 1985 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk ' s office on May 20 , 1985.
2. Christopher Krych the sum of $45. 90 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about June 28 , 1985 , as more
particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City
Clerk ' s office on July 10 , 1985.
3. William J. Brost the sum of $1 ,000. 00 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about November 8 , 1984 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk ' s office on April 24 , 1985.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JESSE L. DICKERSON, CHRISTOPHER
KRYCH AND WILLIAM J. BROST
On May 17, 1985 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works
crew was cleaning and sweeping the Marion Street overpass bridge
when some debris fell and struck a windshield on a passing vehicle .
The vehicle owned by claimant, Jesse Dickerson , was damaged as a
result in the amount of $204 . 62, This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Dickerson ' s claim in the amount of $204. 62.
On June 28 , 1985 , a vehicle owned by claimant , Christopher Krych ,
was towed by Saint Paul Police Officer Dennis Meyer based on an
arrest of Mr. Krych. Mr. Krych was taken to police headquarters
and successfully passed an alcohol breath test and was released.
Mr. Krych had to pay $45 . 90 to get his vehicle released from the
Saint Paul Impound Lot, which we are reimbursing him for that
expense. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Krych ' s
claim in the amount of $45. 90 .
Claimant, William J. Brost, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works , vehicle on
November 8 , 1984. Driver of the City vehicle was John Williams .
Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Brost ' s claim in the amount of
$1 , 000. 00.
