S�ervision Exercised: Responsible for coordinating, assigning and reviewing work of lower level technical and clerical personnel. A lead or "assistant supervisor" is needed to fill in for the manager when he is away (on vacation, sick, professional development, etc.) And even when the manager is at extended meetings or several meetings in a row or when he is consulting with a customer. The level of technology in printing has increased significarrtly and these have been further complicated by issues such as recycling, computer graphics, etc. The Printing statFhas also increased with the new responsibilities. A lead or "assistant supervisor" is needed to fill in for the manager when he is away (on vacation, sick, professional development, etc.) And even when the manager is at extended meetings or several meetings in a row or when he is consulting with a customer.
