Voting In the Matter of acquiring open space and recreational purposes, those parts of
Ward Lot 10 and the Northwesterly 30 feet of Lot 9, Block 15, Subur�an Hills,
� lying northerly of a line extending from a point on the northwesterly
line of Lot 7, said Block 15, distant 165 feet southwesterly from the
most northerly corner of said Lot 7 to a point on the northwesterly
line of Lot 20, said Block 15, Distant 145 feet southerly from the
most northerly corner of said Lot 20;
and
All that part of Lot 15 and the southeasterly 10 feet front and rear,
of Lot 16, Block 15, Suburban Hills Addition to St. Paul according
to the Plat filed in C. of Town Plats, Page 19, which lies north of
the line described as follows: Beginning on the line between Lots
7 and 8 in said Block 15 at a point 165 feet south of south line of
Union Street, now Mounds Boulevard, and running thence in a northwest-
erly direction to a line between Lots 20 and 21 in said Block 15 at
a poiat 145 feet south of south line of said Union Street for the
expansion of Indian Mounds Reginonal Park.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resoives:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 300,000 financed by Metropolitan Council�s Park and Open Space
Program.
2. That aAugus t,a�r�,g,Se had on said improvement on the 6th day of

, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
