APPEARANCE Del Olson and Jaques Lavioleth PROCEEDINGS Mr. Olson explained he was in cour�t and fined $ 150 for occupancy wi�hout a Certificate of Occupancy. He said he is asking a variance on the natur� l =1`ight requirement as they have put in a window which is a �ood portion of what they need. He wou l�d need to o�en the founda-t i on i n order to pu�t i n a new w i ndow and this would probably damage the foundation . He said they r�ave complied with a long list� of violations since he purchased th�e property. � Mr . Lavioleth said i �L is a limestone foundation and very brittle. He is conc�erned about the sole plates if the foundation is opened. � Alice Bijjani felt if a variance was to be granted on �he basis of structural inteqrity th�n Ihr .
