The break down of the budget is �s follows; Total Budget 1985-86 Town Square Park all levels $822,314 Loft only Budget $270,320 I am anticipating a Year V budget surplus of �5,997. I l�ave committed this $5,997 to the Year VI budget thereby reducing the assessment or service charge by that amount. In addition, to further reduce the service charge, I will transfer $6,535 from excess rentai profits , code 43183, to the Operation & yaintenance Budget.
