The budget has been presented to and approved by the BOMA Advisory Committee. A copy of the May 8th, 1985 letter of approval for BOMA is ' attached. The break down of the budget is �s follows; Total Budget 1985-86 Town Square Park all levels $822,314 Loft only Budget $270,320 I am anticipating a Year V budget surplus of �5,997. I l�ave committed this $5,997 to the Year VI budget thereby reducing the assessment or service charge by that amount. In addition, to further reduce the service charge, I will transfer $6,535 from excess rentai profits , code 43183, to the Operation & yaintenance Budget. Total T�of.t Bud,�,et �270,320 less surplus - $5,997 less rental profits - $6,535 Service Charge Tota1 $257,788 The rem�ining amount for the lower three levels $551 ,994 will be made up from a HRA contribution of $100,000 and �451,994 to be paid by Oxford Properties , Inc.
