4 WHEREAS, said petition meets the requirements of Minnesota Statutes 429 and the City policy on
S assessing costs for fire protection systems; and
7 WHEREAS, the Council has fully considered and reviewed the petition and policy; now, therefore, be it
9 RESOLVED, that the Council of Yhe City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize the above described
10 improvement be made, and the proper City officials are hereby directed to proceed with the
11 improvement; and be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon completion of said improvement, the proper City officials shall
calculate all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with

1 WHEREAS, the Council has received a petition from Joseph E. Commers for specially assessing costs
2 for a fire protection system for 395 East Seventh Street; and
4 WHEREAS, said petition meets the requirements of Minnesota Statutes 429 and the City policy on
S assessing costs for fire protection systems; and
7 WHEREAS, the Council has fully considered and reviewed the petition and policy; now, therefore, be it
9 RESOLVED, that the Council of Yhe City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize the above described
10 improvement be made, and the proper City officials are hereby directed to proceed with the
11 improvement; and be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon completion of said improvement, the proper City officials shall
calculate all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with
Chapter 429 of the Minnesota Statutes and the fire protection system policy; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor
and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that the Capital Improvement
Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council is hereby further amended in the following
