WHEREAS: Ordway Music Theatre Corporation (Frank D. Marzitelli, Secretary)
On Sale Liquor License at 345 Washington Street, doing business as
Ordway Music Theatre, has rec{uested permission to increase the area
for the service of liquor, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the area for the service be and the same is hereby e xtended to
include an outdoor patio to be used from June �, 1985 to September
30, 1985� subject to the following conditions:
1. Area to be affected would include the terrace outside the Ordway
Music Theatre between the Theatre and the Minnesota Club, on
Ordway Music Theatre property.
2. Times would be limited to: from 6:00 PM until 7:55 PM (8:00 PM) on
the evenings of performances, and two hours prior to matinee performances,
weather permitting. Service would run until the 30th of September.
3. Beverages would be mixed drinks, wine, beer, wine coolers and an assortment
of non-alcoholic beverages, i.e. , sodas, mineral waters (flavored) ,
orangina, and possibly a non-alcoholic beer.
4. The right to sell food on Ordway Music Theatre property would be
negotiated between Ordway Music Theatre and the caterer(s).
5. Service would be conducted under the supervision of the food and
beverage department of the Ordway Music Theatre, which would also be
responsible to insure that the area is cleaned of refuse following
each service period.
6. No outside service will be allowed during the times of a rock concert
at the Civic Center.

FOR THE
ORDWAY MUSIC THEATRE
It is my suggestion that the Ordway Music Theatre, together
with one or more caterers, provfde outdoor snacks and
beverage service.
Area to be affected would include the terrace outside the
Ordway Music Theatre between the Theatre and the Minnesota
