Voting In the Matterof condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the
Ward slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support
5 from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavationa
thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and paving of
the north-south alley in Block 9, Como Prospect Addition. Also to
acquire a temporary construction easement on the northern edge of the
Container Corporation property so that the required construction and
regrading can be completed. Upon completion of the project, the
catch basin and lead would become a Container Corporation facility
and they will be responsible for future meintenance. (tiouaded -�
on the west by Kent St; on the north by Jessamine Ave; on the east
by Jes�amine Court �nd Mackubin St and on the south by Container
Corporation Property).

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 00.00 .
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of
July, 1985 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
