85-754 City of St.Paul COLJNCIL FI E NO. �� ` �✓� PRELIMINARY ORDER ' f By File No. 18396 Voting In the Matter of condemning and taking Wa rd 2 A permanent easement for street purposes for the Smith Avenue widening on, over and across the following described lands: The westerly 2.5 feet of Lots 13 through 21 of Block 17, Lienau's Rearrangement of Blocks 17 and 18 of Olivier's Addition; and that part of Lots 22 and 23 of said Block 17 lying westerly of a line beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 23; thence southeasterly to a point on a line 2.5 feet easterly of and parallel to the west line of said Block 17 which is 34.5 feet southerly of the north line of said Lot 23; thence southerly along said parallel line to the south line of said Lot 22 and there terminating. Also all that part of Lots 7 through 13, Block 27, Balme's Addition lying easterly of a line beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 7; thence to a point on the north line of said Lot 13, 2.85 feet westerly of the northeast corner and there terminating. Also subject to street the easterly 2.5 feet of Lots 16 through 23, Block 27, Balme's Addition and subject to street that part of Lots 24 through 29 lying westerly of the proposed Minnesota Department of Transportation Condemnation and easterly of a line beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 24, 2.5 feet westerly of the southeasterly corner of said Lot 24, thence northeasterly to a point which is 70 feet northerly of said south line of said Lot 24 and 13 feet westerly of the east line of said Block 27; thence north- easterly to a point on the northwest line of said Lot 29, distance 30 feet southwesterly from the most northerly corner of said Lot 29 and there terminating.
