The City's share of the cost shall be 10 percent of the total cost. Referred back to City Council without recommendation. 2. 6/4/85 RATIFICATION OF ASSESSMENTS: For the construction of the Railroad Island Storm Sewer. � Recommended approval . 3. 6/11/85 RATIFICATION OF ASSE55MENT5: For the installation of a , Traffic Signal on Smith Avenue for Pedestrian Crosswalk at United Hospitals to Parking Ramp between Sherman and Walnut Streets.
