has requested th City Council to hold a public hearing to con ider
the advisability and n cessity of the correction or wrecking a d

files indicates he fe owner is : Mr. Glen Anderson, 2415 So th Shore
Blvd. , tiahite Bea Lake MN 55110. There is an attorney 's lie on file
as Document #210 917 d ted January 15, 1981 in the amount of $93 .00
filed by Edward . Don hue of 760 Northwestern Bank Building, St. Paul,
MN 55101. No ot er li ns are of record.
WHEREAS, the Divis on of Housing and Building Code Enforc ent� on
behalf of the Ci y Cou cil did notify by mail the above noted parties
of interest at t eir 1 st known address.
W�EREAS, a p blic earing was held by and before the Coun il of
the City of Sain Paul in the Council Chamber of the Court Ho se of
said city at 10: 0 a.m on Thursday, May 2, 1985 to consider he ad-
visability and n cessi y of ordering the correction or wrecki g and
removal of said truct re on the above described property ina much as
said structure i repo ted to constitute a hazard to public h alth,
safety and welfa e.

ORDER
1. The owner f the above described building shall make th same safe
and not detrimental to th public peace, health, safety and welf re by
either correcting t e haz rdous condition of the building as ind' cated in
this Order or by ha ing t e building razed and the materials the efrom re-
moved from the prem' ses w' thin thirty (30) days from the date of the service
of this Order;
2 . Unless suc corr ctive action is taken to comply with t is Order or
an answer served up n the City of St. Paul and filed in the offi e of the
Clerk of District C urt o Ramsey County, Minnesota within twent (20) days
from the date of th servi ce of this Order, a Motion for summary enforce-
ment of this Order s it elates to the razing and removal of th build-
ing will be made to the R msey County District Court.
3. In the eve t tha the building is to be razed by the Ci y of
St. Paul pursuant t judg ent of the District Court, all persona property
or fixtures of any ind w ich may unreasonably interfere with the razing and
removal of this bui ding hall be removed within ten (10) days f om the
entry of judgment; nd if not so removed, the City of St. Paul s all re-
move and dispose of such ersonal property and fixtures as provi d by law;
4. If the Cit of S . Paul is compelled to take any correc ive action
herein, all necessa y cos s expended by the City will be assesse against
the above described real state and collect�d as other taxes; and be it

report on the cond'tion of the structure at the location referred to abov .
The owner of recor is: G enn Anderson, 2415 So. Shore Boulevard, St. Pa 1,
MN. 55119.
The legal descripti n of t e property is: Ex N 8 ft. for alley N. 40 ft. of
Lots 5 and Lot 6, B k 22.
The building is a t o-stor , wood frame residential structure.
The subject propert has b en boarded up by the owner since February I2, 980.

Inasmuch as the con itions outlined above constitute a public hazard and e
owner has made no a tempt o satisfactorily repair the damage despite our arn-
