restricti ns and conditions:
1. Th licens shall provide four off-street parking spaces n the
licens premi es exclusively for customer parking.
2. Th licens e shall permit no more than eight used cars fo sale
to rem 'n on t e licensed premises at any one time.
3. Li nsee s all clearly identify with for sale signs on al
used c s offe ed for sale on the licensed premises.
4. Th licens e shall complete the following within 90 days f
the ad tion o this resolution:
a) e lot hall be provided with a permanent durable and ustless
surf e, and shall be graded and drained so as to dispose o all
surf e wate accumulated within the lot.

stri ed to ocations that are at least 60 feet from the
