Ms . Nagorski as in ured during a performance of the Ice Ca ades
which she att nded n February 6, 1983 at the Civic Center. While
returning to er se t with her child after greeting perform rs
she fell off ramp constructed by City employees. At the ime,
there was a t tal b ackout of lights at the request of the ce
Capades, who re co defendants.
Ms. Nagorski roke er ankle and had to miss substantial ti e
from work.
The co-defend nt Me romedia, d/b/a the Ice Capades, has as et
not settled w th Ms Nagorski and will remain as defendants in
the case.
Therefore, th s off ce recommends settlement to Ms. Nagorsk ' in
the amount of $5, 00 .
