iNHEREAS, On M ch 28, 1985, the Saint Paui City Council approved the
final order for i provi g C0�10 AVENUE from 400' northwesterly of
Jessamine Ave e to C pitol Heights�,CAPITOL HEIGHTS from Como
Avenue to Mt. A ry; and
1KHEREAS, Curr t City rocedures provide for parking bans to be
impiemented th ough a raffic Coordinating Unit (TCU); and
WHEREAS, Curr nt Dep tment of Transportation procedures require a
Council Resolut on app oving such paMcing bans.
NOW, THEREFOR , BE IT RESOLVED, That parking be banned (except in
parking bays) o both s des of Como Avenue from Dale Street to Rice
Street and on o e side f Como Avenue from Park Street to Capitol
Heights, and on ne si of Capitoi Heights from Como Avenue to Mt. Airy.
