WHEREAS, The Co ncil has h ard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said roposed improve-
ment and has fully consi ered the ame; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That e Counci of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-descri ed improvement
be made, and the proper ity office s are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvem nt; and be it
FURTHER RESOL ED, Tha upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City offic rs shall calculate
