The council further finds the frequent parking of vehicles in this residential area by these non-residential users has created residential problems of a safety, environmental and aesthetic nature. The request asks thax the Residential Pernut Pazking Area be in affect from August 15�' to June 15'� from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. The reason for the request is to discourage parking on neighborhood streets by students from Cretin Derham Hall High school. The Higliland District Council voted to support the petition of the residents to implement pernut parking. The District Council £urther instructed its Transportation Committee to work with the neighbors and Cretin Derham Hall to resolve other issues that impact the neighborhood resulting from the numbers of students who are in the area on a daily basis. The request asks thax the Residential Pernut Pazking Area be in affect from August 15�' to June 15'� from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. The reason for the request is to discourage parking on neighborhood streets by students from Cretin Derham Hall High school. The Higliland District Council voted to support the petition of the residents to implement pernut parking. The District Council £urther instructed its Transportation Committee to work with the neighbors and Cretin Derham Hall to resolve other issues that impact the neighborhood resulting from the numbers of students who are in the area on a daily basis.
