provisions of Min esota Satutes 471.59, are authorized to enter into agreements to
exereise j intly th governmental powers and functions each has individ ally; and,
WHE EAS, he City of Saint Paul and the County of Anoka des re to combine
their purc asing f nctions for the purchase of equipment, materials nd supplies in
order to s ure mo e favorable prices
NOW THER FORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and betwe�n the parties hereto
as follows, to-wit:
