The Council of the City of S int Paul as conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due otice
thereof having been given as prescri ed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has h rd ali pe ons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed i rove-
ment and has fully considered the s me; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the Ci y of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improv ment
be made, and the proper City officer are hereb directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be 't
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall ca ulate
all expenses incurred therein and shall eport the ame to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City C arter.

improvement All this work is temporary construction to

and approa hes o er the Minnesota Transfer RR. and
Burlington orther RR. Company between Kasota and Manvel
Street. T e exis ing old bridge will be rernoved. Also
acquiring ermane t easments and temporary construction
easements in con ection with the construction of a new
bridge and appro ches at a new alignment on Raymond ,
Avenue betw en Man el Street and Kasota Avenue.
