licenses expire Ma 1, 1 85; and
WHEREAS, The ity h s received notice that the liability
insurance required for t is licensed business, pursuant to secti n
362.03 of the Legi lativ Code, has been cancelled and no substi
tute liability ins rance has been tiled with the city; and
WHEREAS, The ity C uncil has notified the licensee of the
above fact, and he d a h aring on March 27, 1985 for that purpos ,
with prior written notic thereof to the licensee, be it
RESOLVED, Tha the ree trimmer and vehicle licenses curren ly
issued to Huseyin abaca , d/b/a Highland Park Tree Service at
1326 Portland Aven e, Sa nt Paul, Minnesota, be and the same is
hereby revoked for nonco pliance with the insurance requirements
_set forth in secti n 362 03 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
