having considered said re ort, here y resolves:
1. That the said re ort and t e same is hereby approved with no aiternatives, and that the estim ted cost thereof

2. That a public h aring be d on said improvement on the 16th day of
A ril 1985 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council hambers of the
City Hall and C urt Hous Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of sa d public earing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Ch rter, stating the
time and place of earing,t nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
