having considered said r port, here y resolves:
1. That the said r ort and e same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the esti ated cost thereof
is $ 5 000
2. That a public aring be ad on said improvement on the l�t� day of
A ril 1985 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and ourt Hou e Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of s id public earing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the C arter, stating the
time and place o hearing,t e nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
