WHERE S, To comply with the Metropolitan Waste Control
Commission's ( CC's) method of charging local governing bodies
for Reserve C pacity Charges, the Saint Paul City Council,
pursuant to S ction 7.07 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code,
� adopted Resolut on C.F 260524 on January 23, 1973 (Chapter A-7
Administrative Code) as amended, which establishes Service
Availability Ch rges ( AC); and
WHERE S, The Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has
_ _ increased the unit harges for the year 1987 from $475.00 to
$525.00 per uni ; now herefore be it
RESOL ED, T at Council Resolution C.F. 260524, adopted
January 23, 19 3, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended so as to inc ease the SAC unit charge from $475.00 to
read $525.00 pe unit; and be it
