On October 7 , 19 5 , H len Turley tripped and fell on a raised

caused by a boul vard ree that h3d been removed prior to rs .
Turley' s fall , his s dewalk was not repaired until after rs .
Turley' s accident As result of her fall , Mrs . Turle_y fract red
