thereof having been given as prescribe by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, T'he Counc 1 has hear all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said pro osed improve-

be made, and the proper Cit officers a e hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
