The Counci� of the C ty of Sa' Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above impro ement, and
having considered i�aid repor ,hereby r solves:
1. That the'said repo t and the me is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 1 , finan ed by assessmtnts $9,777; 1987 Capital Improvem nt Bonds
$23 699 an Storm Sewer Service Charge $10,633.
2. That a p�blic heari g be had said improvement on the ZOth day of January, 19 7 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m. in the C ncil Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City f Saint Paul.
3. That not ce of sai public he ring be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chart ,stating the
time and�place of aring,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
