2 . That the petit ' oner pay the City of Saint Paul the sum of
$47, 920 . 0 as ompensation for this vacation which is ue
and paya le wi hin 60 days of the publication date of his
resoluti n.
3 . That the petit oners, their successors, or assigns, by
acceptan e of he terms and conditions of this vacatio ,
agree to indem ify, defend and save harmless the City f
Saint Pa 1, it officers and employees from all suits,
actions, or cl ims brought because of any injuries or
damages eceiv d or sustained by any person, persons o
property on ac ount of this vacation; or because of an
act of o issio , neglect or misconduct of said petitio er;
or becau e of ny claim ar liability arising from or b sed
on any v' olati n of any law or regulation made in acco dance
with the law, hether by the petitioner or any of its gents
or emplo ees.
