having considere�i said rep rt,hereby esolves:
1. That t e said rep rt and th same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimate cost thereof
is$ 5 000 , fin ced by priva te funds.
2. That a�ublic hea ing be had on said improvement on the 9�h day of Decea►ber, 1986 ,at
10:00 'clock a. ., in the ouncil Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That nQtice of s d public ring be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Char er,stating the
time an�place of earing,t nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
