SUSAN C. HO�LMAN ND JA ES H. GARDNER
On August 14 , 19 6 , lo s fell from a City of Saint Paul , Depar ment
of Communi�y Se vices Forestry vehicle driven by Jim Lauer and
struck a pa'rked ar ow ed by claimant, Susan Holman. As a re ult,
Ms . Holman' s car was d maged in the amount of $740 . 68 .
On August ].9 , 19 6 , a ehicle owned and driven by claimant , ames
Gardner , si�stai ed da age when he drove over the Cedar S reet
Bri3ge whi,ch P lic orks ' crews were resealing with epo y.
There were' no . igns dvising traffic to avoid the area . Our
office app�roves the ettlement of Mr. Gardner ' s claim in the
amount of �1 , 093. 50 .
