Such has limited his bility to per orm close on-site supervision of the four, thr person,
bridge crews. Bridge. Crew L.aders ho set the work pace for the crews_ are,�ot imp ered to
reward or discipl�ine. There ore, a ' on-site supervisor is needed to insure that a signments are
performed properly an that ork ru 'es are enforced.
