On May 6 , 1986 , limb from a Silver Maple at 1153 Reaney o ned
by the City of S int P ul fell on a parked car owned by claim nt,
Denise Berberich , bausing damage in the amount of $1 , 800 .00 . Ms.
Berberich had pr vious y requested that the Forestry Depart ent
remove the tree as i was rotten. This office approves the
settlement Q�f Ms. Berb rich ' s claim in the amount of $1 , 800 . 00
