production and c ble c sting of alt City Council meetings, and

Authority to t e ec nomic development of St. Paul , it is
desirable to ca le c t the regularly scheduled meeting of the
Port Authprity o th communication between the Port Autho ity
and St. Paul re ident can be enhanced, and
BE IT RE50 VED, production of the meetings shall be don on
a purchas�e of ervic arrangement between the Port Authority and
the City Counc 1 at fee of $153.45 per hour and the fee s all
be established on a annual basis to reflect any cost cha ges
that may accur.
