Lighting n th Selb Western Lighting System of Saint Paul, which is
to be lev�ed a ainst benefitted properties; and
WHER�EAS, ursua t to Chapter 62 of the Administrative Code, the
Department of ublic Works submitted to the Department of F nance and
Manageme t Ser ices report showing the estimated total e cess cost
of Special Lig ting n the Selby Western Lighting System is $3,989.48
for the y ar 1 86; a d
WHE EAS, he Ci y Council of Saint Paul at said Public earing on
January 2I8, 19 6, he rd all interested parties and approve a plan by
which th cos of t e above Standard Street Lighting Syst m for the
Selby We tern rea O eration would be assessed against the enefitted
properti s; an
NOW� THE EFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Counci of Saint
Paul doe her by ad pt and levy these excess lighting co ts for the
year 198 , as a Spe ial Assessment against the benefitted roperties
at the r te of $1. 51 per assessable foot; and
BE �T FUR HER R SOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
transmitl a ce tifi d copy of this resolution to the Ram ey County
Auditor Iso th t th assessment for the excess operatin costs of
Special �}ighti g lev ed herewith shall be extended on the property tax
list of 'the c unty nd collected in 1987 along with curr nt taxes,
said cha�ges t be p yable in a single installment; and
