FINA�LLY SOLVE , that pursuant to law the Council f the
City of �Saint Paul ereby fixes the form of the question to be
submitted to the lectorate at the general election No ember
4, 1986, � relat've to this amendment, to read as follows:
"Shall S ction 2. 02 of the Charter of the City of Sain
Pau�l be mende for general elections held subse-
quejnt to Janua ;y 1 , 1989 to change the term of office
fori coum ilmem er from two years to four years com-
mer�cing n the first business day of January of the
ye r fol owing his election and until a successor is
el cted nd qu lifies, so that the Mayor and City
Co ncil mbers are elected at the same time. "
