having considered said eport,he by resolv s:
1. That the said report an the sam is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost hereof
is$ 280,0 0 , financed assessments $54,000; State/Federal Grants
an Loans $187,000 and Storm Sewer Service Charge $39,000.
2. That a public earing be had on sa' improvement on the 21S t day of Oc tober 1986 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in e Counc' Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Sa' t Paul.
3. That notice o said pu ic hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaztei, st ing the
time and plac of hear' ,the nat e of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
