CLAIMS AGAIN T CIZ' OF SAINT PAUL BY
ALLE[V J. DUNDEK AN LORA DUn!DEK and
LARRY C. JOHN ON
On or about July 26 , 1983 , the City of Saint Paul ' s Buildi g
Department is ued a Certificate of Compliance on a home subseque t-
ly purchased by Al en and Lora Dundek at 2091 Dayton Avenue.
After Mr. an Mrs Dundek moved into the home, they found a
number of pro lems with the house that were not reported on t e
Certificate . Mr. nd Mrs . Dundek made repairs of these items i
the amount of $2 , 03 . 91 of which we have made a compromise settle
ment with the in t e amount of $750 . 00.
On May 26 , 1986 , th CitV of Saint Paul sewer pump station malfun -
tioned and cau ed t e sewer line to backup and flood the basemen
at 1089 Mackub' n. he owner of the home, Larr_y Johnson, sustaine
damages in the amou t of $120 . 00 for clean ut� costs incurred i
this incident f which we have agreed to reimburse Mr. Johnson i
that amount.
