p roviding ser ices lating to school police patrol ; now, therefore,
IT S HER Y AGREED, by and between the parties, as follows:
I.
Dis rict ill pay City for services listed on Exhibit A attache
hereto, which are r tes, periods of time and duties.
II.
Per ons c nnected with the program will remain employees of the City
and, therefor , cov red by the City's workers' compensation program; will be
paid by the C'ty an entitled to City fringe benefits.
III.
Cit will perform services in accordance with Exhibit A attache
hereto, as directed by District.
IV.
Cos of s rvices for said program shall not exceed the sum of

1 . A 3 week ontract - up to 15 hours per week not to exceed a
tot 1 of 5 0 hours for 1986-87. Inclusive dates would be
Aug st 25, 1986 to June 5, 1987, excluding December 22 -
Jan ary 2, Winter Break; and April 13 - April 17, 1987, Spring B eak.

c. ssista ce to and for teacher school patrol supervisors.

Off cer He ry Atzmiller is currently assigned. His 1986 hourly
wag is $1 .69/hour plus $6.03/hour fringe benefits = $21.72.
Est mated alary for 1986-87 school year is as foliows:
Aug st 25, 1986 - December 19, 1986:
17 weeks @ 15 hours/week = 255 hours
255 hours at $21.72/hour = $5,540.00
Jan ary 5, 1987 - June 5, 1987:
21 weeks at 15 hours/week = 315 hours
(Estimated increase) 315 hours at $23.90/hour = $7,5 0.00
Estimated 1986-87 salary = $13,070.00
