CLAIMS AGAIN T CIT OF SAINT PAUL

THOMAS TAUBE AND M S. THOMAS TAUBE
On March 21 , 19861 claimant Terry J. Birkenstock' s vehicle as
towed" by the Sain ! Paul Police Department to the impound lot for
over 24 hour par ing. Mr. Birkenstock ' s vehicle had not be n
marked by th off_ cei- who towed it and we could not �rove th t
the car had een arked there for over 24 hours . F•.s a result,
Mr. Birkenstock in 'urre�3 towing and storage expenses of $50 . 00 f
which we are reimb rsing him in that amount.
On August 11 , 19861 a City of Saint Paul forestry crew was remov ' n
a limb on a t ee a i 1277 Eleanor in Saint PauJ_ . The limb fell n
a bird bath nd it broke and the cost of replacement was $11 . 1
of which we are eimbursing the owners , Mr. and Mrs . Thom s
Taube.
