The Counc of the ity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above impr vement, and
having considere said repo t,hereby resolves:
1. That th said rep t and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 750 , financed by assessments $1,875 and
Water Utility Aid $1,875.
2. That a p blic hear g be had on said improvement on the 7 th day of Oc tober, 1 86 ,at
10:00 o clock a.m,, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City f Saint Paul.
3. That no ice of sai public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chart r, stating the
time an place of earing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
