It is legally described as: Lots 50, 51, 52, 3, 54, 55, 6, 57, 58 and the West 1/4 of Lot 59, all in Block 3, Smith's S bdivision . of lock 3, Stinson's Division of the N�N 1/4, Sec. 36, T. 29, R. 23 West. Soil conditions are questionable. 22. � TROU BROOK PHASE II (District 6) I This u developed area is generally bounded by Wheelock Parkway a d � Timb rlake Road on the north, Arlington Avenue on the south, Jack on jStree on the east, and improved and unimproved Wanda Street on t e i west. The legal description is: Lots 7 through 18 inclusive, Blnck 1 ; ! Lots through 16 inclusive, Block 17; Lots 1 through 4 inclusive, Bl ck 18; ' Lots through 24 inclusive, Block 19 including North 1/2 of vacate alley; and L ts 1 through 17 inclusive, Block 20 including South 1/2 of vac ted � alley; all in Gurney Highland Park. The site will require extensive oil , ' corre tion and slope stabilization in order to produce development.
