CHARLES R. HALVO SOA� AND MILWAUKEE
INSURANCE; PATIR CIA DIAMBRA; ANNA

On May 3 , 986 , City of Saint Paul employee , William Allen, was
driving a rash compactor and towing a three wheeled Department
of Communi y Ser ices , Parks Division , vehicle at the intersection
of Ohio an Geo e Streets causig the three wheeler to stri e a
legally pa ked v hicle on Ohio. As a result of the impact, the
owner and he ve icle , Charles Halvorson , incurred damages in the
amount of 1 , 888 13 . His insurance company, Milwaukee Insura ce ,
paid for is d mage under their collision coverage. We have
agreed to ' ettl with Mr. Halvorson and Milwaukee Insurance for
$1 , 888. 13 .
On August , 198 , a City employee, Louis Fallert, was mowing the
grass alon Lexi gton Avenue in Como Park near the water foun ain .
The mower truck a rock and it flew into a car driven and ned
by claiman , Pat icia Diambra. Her car was damaged as a r sult
in the amo nt o $290. 20 . We reached a compromise settlemen of
$268. 30 wi h Ms . Diambra for her damages .
On June 2 , 1986 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public orks
sewer crew hit wateripe at 524 East Cottage Avenue owne by
claimant , nna K st. This caused the pipe to be clogged and Mrs.
Kost had a' plum er clean out the line at a cost of $41 . 00. Our
office has reimb rsed Mrs . Kost for that expense.
On May 13 , 198 , on Grotto near Dayton , a City of Saint Paul
Public Wor s tr ck drive by City employee Hal McKamie , b cked
into a veh �le o ned and operated by Lia Yang Xiong. This o fice
approves t� e se tlement of Mr. Xiong' s claim in the amoun of
$322 . 92 .
