has prepa ed: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the
improvem nt of Trunk Highway No. 390, renumbered as Trunk Highway 35E,
within th corporate )imits of the City of Saint Pau), from Grand-Ramsey
to Chestn t Street; and seeks the approval thereof;
