8. 9/16/86 FINAL ORDER: To decide on the construction of a sanitary
sewer in STINSON STREET from Mackubin Street to 280 feet
east of Mackubin.
Recommended approval .
9. 9/16/86 FINAL ORDER: To decide on constructing a sanitary sewer i
vacated GURNEY STREET from the water utility right-of-wa
to 150 feet south of W. Wheelock Parkway and in a
easement in Block 12, Gurney Highland Park. Also
construction of sanitary sewer service connections. Also
condemning and taking a 20-foot permanent sanitary sewe
easement in the water utility right-of-way; vacated Gurne
Street; Gurney Street and in Block 12, Gurney Highlan
Park.

10. 9/11/8 RATIFICATION OF ASSESSMENTS: For the Payne-Arcade Paving
and Lighting Pro,ject on Sims Avenue from Arcade Street to

Commissioner of Transportation and Chicago, Milwaukee.
