E IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul enter into an
agreeme with the Soo Line Railroad Company and the Commissioner of
Transpor ation for the installation and maintenance of raiiroad crossing
surface d the improvement of crossing signals at the intersection af Davern
Street ith the tracks of the Soo Line Railroad Company in St. Paul,
Minnesot , and appointing the Commissioner of Transportation agent for the
City to upervise said project and administer available Federal funds in
accordan e with Minnesota Statute, Section 161.36 (1982). The City's share
of the co t shail be ten percent (109�) of the total cost.
E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Cierk be and
they are ereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
City. �

The Mayor and City lerk will be authorized to execute an agreement with the Co esioner of
Transportation, Sta e of Minnesota, and the Soo Line Railroad Company for resurfa ing and
installation of fla hing light signals of the railroad company's crossing at Dave Street.
