WNEREAS, the City has approved the Arena bond sale; and
WHEREAS, a budget needs to be established to pay ffie debt service according to the schedule
determined at the time of the bond sale; and
WHEREAS, bond proceeds and interest eamings on the proceeds will be used to finance the debY service
payment; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the City Charter, recommends the following
