That ection 405.04, Subd. 2 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code be an the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

Su � . 2. Teen dances; age limits. Dance hall
licen es may be issued for the purpose of holding
"Teen ; ge" dances only, in which case the license
shall ;specify the permissible age limits for the
type f teen age dance. Class A Teen Age dance
licen es shall allow attendance of persons only
betwe n the ages of 15 through 18 years; and Class B
Teen ge dance licenses shall allow attendance only
of pe sons of the ages of 19 and 20 years.

This rdinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days from
