M E M O R A N U M
On July 7, 1986 , a City of St. Paul employee , Jim Verhulst
parked a C' ty cushman vehicle in the Highland Park Golf Course
Parking Lo . The brake did not work properly and the Cushman
rolled int a parked vehicle owned by Albert Burton. As a result
of the imp�ct Mr. Burton ' s vehicle was damaged in the amount
of $194 . 39 '�,of which we have agreed to reimbu.rse him in settlement
of his clai� .
On January 28 , 1986 , Jennifer Wagner was participating in a City
snonsored ai robatics class at the North Dale Recreation Center.
While Miss agner was performing in the class she fell and broke
her left ax� . Jennifer ' s parents , Roy and Beth Wagner incurred
out of pock�, t medical expenses in the amount of $216 . 62 . We
reached a cl mpromise settlement with Mr. and Mrs . Wagner in the
amount of $i 08 . 31 of their claim.
